What is collected

When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, wedding date or timeframe, venue, photography or film preference, message, the page you started from and the reference numbers of any photographs you saved.

Why

Only to reply to your enquiry and discuss your wedding. It is not sold or used for marketing lists.

Your wedding date or timeframe, venue and chosen service are processed by Lovable AI to suggest a draft package for the owner to review. Your name, email, message and saved photographs are not sent to the AI. Suggestions are private, require owner confirmation and do not confirm availability or a booking.

Saved inspiration

Photographs you save are stored in your own browser (local storage) and leave your device only if you send them with an enquiry.

Films

Wedding films are hosted on Vimeo and load only when you press play, with Vimeo’s “do not track” option.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent — use the enquiry form and ask for your details to be seen, corrected or removed.
